Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

    By utilizing any part of the WAGMI Casino (hereinafter 'WAGMI') website (https://www.wagmicasino.io, hereinafter 'The Website'), the customer (hereinafter 'The Player') is considered to have entered into a contract with WAGMI, and is obligated to adhere to these General Terms & Conditions (hereinafter 'General Conditions') as well as any other relevant policies and terms & conditions, including, but not restricted to: the WAGMI Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Terms & Conditions for Promotions, and any relevant game-specific terms & conditions.
    WAGMI reserves the rights to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time, and without prior notice. Revised terms & conditions will be published here (or on the relevant page for other conditions). It is The Player’s sole responsibility to check these General Conditions, including any amended terms & conditions.
    The Player acknowledges that accessing, and/or use of, The Website, may be unlawful in certain countries. It is The Player’s sole responsibility to continually ensure that their access and use of The Website complies with the applicable laws of their country of residence, and to confirm that gambling is legal in their jurisdiction.

2. Creation of a WAGMI Gaming Account

    The Player must register for a Gaming Account before playing on The Website.
    The Player may only register a Gaming Account for their own use, and all information provided during the registration process must be complete and accurate. In the event that The Player is found to have provided inaccurate and/or incomplete information, WAGMI reserves the right to close The Player's Gaming Account and/or seize of any deposits and associated winnings on it.
    The Player must be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence (whichever age is greater) at the time of registration for a Gaming Account. In the event that WAGMI has grounds to suspect a player is, or may have been at the time of registration, underage, it reserves the right to, at its sole discretion:
    Suspend The Player's Gaming Account;
    Request documentation to verify The Player's true age;
    Utilise any other methods available to WAGMI to verify The Player's true age; and
    Close the Gaming Account in the event The Player is found to be underage, and/or seize any deposits and/or winnings associated with that Gaming Account.
    WAGMI reserves the right to verify, at its sole discretion, The Player's address, by requesting due diligence documentation, including, but not restricted to: a service account, bank statements, proof of identity and/or proof of residence.
    In order to protect its business, and to meet its legal obligations, WAGMI reserves the right to conduct verification checks on The Player and/or their source of funds, by any means available to it (including, but not limited to: requesting documentation from The Player, and using third parties). By accepting these General Conditions, The Player agrees to comply in full with any investigation WAGMI may conduct into them (including, but not limited to, supplying all documentation WAGMI may request as part of the verification process). Failure to comply may result in the suspension, restriction or closure of The Player's Gaming Account, and/or suspension or seizure of funds.
    WAGMI reserves the right to refuse a Gaming Account to any player at its sole discretion

3. Suspension and Closure

    The Player may at any time request that their Gaming Account be closed. This can be done by contacting WAGMI.
    WAGMI reserves the right to close or suspend The Player's Gaming Account at any time. This includes situations where:
    WAGMI believes The Player is using the website fraudulently, or for otherwise inappropriate purposes.
    WAGMI believes The Player has unfairly exploited or cheated in any of its games and events, services, bonuses, or airdrops.
    In the event that WAGMI closes or suspends The Player's Gaming Account for any of the above reasons, WAGMI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to retain in full or in part, any balances (including, but not restricted to: deposited funds, winnings, funds linked to open bets, bonus funds and/or funds or tokens awarded to The Player) that remains on the Gaming Account.

4. Income & Bets

    Bets may only be placed using funds deposited on The Player's Gaming Account via their connected wallet(s), or via bonuses awarded to The Player by WAGMI.
    The Player may only deposit funds to their own Gaming Account; Funds may not be transferred from one Player's Gaming Account to another Player's Gaming Account.
    In the event that there are no available funds on The Player's Gaming Account, The Player will not be able to place bets on any of WAGMI's real-money games or events.
    Deposits should be made solely for the purpose of playing or placing bets on any of WAGMI's games or events. WAGMI reserves the right to suspend or close The Player's Gaming Account if it suspects that The Player has deposited funds for any reason other than to place bets on WAGMI games and events.
    Only deposits made by the registered account holder will be accepted. If The Player is suspected to be, or found to be, someone other than the registered account holder, any funds deposited on the Gaming Account may be treated as invalid (with associated winning considered void).

5. Withdrawals

    Wherever possible, withdrawals (including any winnings won) will be credited back to the connected wallet from where the deposits originated from.

6. Other

    The Player is solely responsible for declaring any deposits, withdrawals, winnings, and/or losses to the tax authorities, and/or any other relevant authorities, in their country of residence in accordance with any relevant local laws and regulations.
    In the event that The Player is required to pay tax and/or duty on their deposits, withdrawals, winnings and/or losses, it is The Player is solely responsible for ensuring such tax/duty is paid on time and in full to the relevant body.
    Gambling over the Internet may be illegal in The Player's country of residence, and it remains The Player's sole responsibility to ensure that they gamble in accordance with the local law (see 1.3). In the event that The Player gambles illegally, any bets taken, and the outcome of the bets placed, may still stand.
    WAGMI is not a financial institution, and no interest shall be paid to The Player for funds held in trust.
    The English-language version of these General Conditions shall be considered binding, with any other language versions being provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version of the General Conditions and any language translation thereof, the English language version shall prevail.
    In the event of a discrepancy or inconsistency between these General Conditions and any other terms & conditions on The Website, the relevant provisions of the General Conditions shall prevail.

7. Our Obligations

    WAGMI shall not be held liable for any potential damages, losses (financial or otherwise), or alleged liability relating to The Website or its contents.
    While WAGMI endeavours to ensure the accuracy of The Website and the information published on it, it does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of such material. The Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information, and WAGMI is not obligated to update such information.
    WAGMI is obliged to enforce these General Conditions, as well as all rules published on The Website.
    WAGMI is dedicated to providing excellent Customer Service, promoting responsible gaming as part of this commitment.

8. Our Intellectual Property Rights

    The Website and its contents are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights, with ownership belonging to WAGMI.
    All products, names, and company logos mentioned and/or depicted on The Website are registered trademarks, service marks or trade names of their respective owners, suppliers, or teams, including WAGMI.

9. Complaints

    In the event that The Player wishes to file a complaint, they should contact our Customer Support department via email on support@wagmicasino.io.
    Upon receiving a complaint, WAGMI shall make every effort to thoroughly investigate the matter promptly and fairly, in conjunction with the relevant service providers and other parties as required.
    Queries regarding transactions (including, but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, and bets) should be directed to the WAGMI Customer Service department, with details of the transaction(s) in question.
    Upon completion of an investigation, WAGMI's decision is final.

10. Breaches & Penalties

    Should The Player breach any provisions of the General Conditions, or should WAGMI have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach, WAGMI reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, refuse to open, suspend, or close The Player's Gaming Account, or retain (in part or in full) any funds on The Player's Gaming Account due to the damages caused.
    WAGMI may, at its sole discretion, suspend or close The Player's Gaming Account, or restrict The Player's access to WAGMI games and events, should it suspect The Player to be involved in, or of supporting, illegal and/or fraudulent activities, breaches of the General Conditions, or to pose a risk to WAGMI's business.
    By accepting these General Conditions, The Player accepts that WAGMI's ruling on any breaches of the General Conditions, and any other terms & conditions published on The Website, is final, along with any punitive measures implemented by WAGMI as a result of any violations.

11. Code of Conduct

    WAGMI's Code of Conduct requires that all players treat WAGMI employees, contractors, and representatives, and members of the WAGMI community, with civility and respect at all times.
    By accepting these General Conditions, The Player agrees to follow and uphold the WAGMI Code of Conduct not only when interacting with WAGMI employees, contractors and representatives, and the WAGMI community, over communication channels administered by WAGMI, but over other channels too (including, but not restricted to, social media).
    WAGMI reserves the right to temporarily suspend, or permanently close, The Player's Gaming Account, if The Player is found to be behaving in an anti-social manner, including, but not restricted to:
    Posting or referencing sexually explicit or highly offensive material.
    Using derogatory and/or hate-inciting terms.
    Being abusive, defamatory, threatening, or annoying towards any person associated with WAGMI or its community.
    Harassing, or otherwise causing distress to, any person associated with WAGMI or its community.
